Here are the steps to set it up:
Clock In/Out Steps:
Follow these steps to enter a Visit Note.
Download the app (App Store/Play Store)
Log In
From the bottom of the Visit Details page, tap Add Note.
Sign Up
Today’s Schedule
Select the Note Type l Text Note- Up to 1000 characters. l New Camera Image – Opens the phone’s camera, allowing you to take a photo and add a description of up to 500 characters. l File – Opens a Search page where you can browse the phone for a file to attach. l Voice Note – Opens a recorder where you can record and save audio comments.
Log In
Patients Name
Obtain and attach the Note, and then tap Save.
Click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner
Clock In
Update Profile
Repeat the same steps to Clock Out
Save and write down the Mobile Device ID number
Before Clocking Out, a list of tasks will appear. You will need to click on the duties you perform during your shift and then clock out.
